I have compiled a 64bit version of the secbulk.sys USB driver and it is working fine with DNW on Windows XP X64. I can upload it if anybody wants it, but be warned that it is not Authenticode signed, so the only 64bit OS it will work on without extra tricks is XP X64.

Here. Unzip contents into a dir somewhere you will keep. Run install.bat to install and remove.bat to uninstall. You did read the part about only working on XP X64, yes?. It will only work on Win7 64 if you use the hack to turn off driver signing check.

Re: 64bit USB driver for DNW, etc
If it's getting that far, I don't think it is a USB driver problem. You could try the same operation with Microsoft's Virtual Windows XP 32bit which is detailed in another thread near here, and see if you get different results. You could also install and run DebugView (was SysInternals, now MS). The USB driver is a debug build and will send messages (including error messages) to the DebugView window.

Anybody know what "Can't Readfile otg type." means ?
