H-JTAG and NAND Flash

Can someone explain how to make a backup of the NAND Flash of the running system using H-JTAG?

I'm using version 1.1, in H-Flasher I've selected S3C2440+K9F1G08 and stuck on Configuration and Init Scripts...

There is a document under hjtag installation folder name as 'HOW TO ADD NAND FLASH DRIVER', you can refer to it.
