But when i try to write the NK_A70.bin, the is an error like: file is to big;
and

That is right, your supervivi is old.

There is some way to load the new supervivi into nand and boot from it, but I have not been able to do so.

Instead, you will need to update your nor supervivi using the JTAG.
Readt he pdf manual on how to use the JTAG.

it can, in nand flash (as far as I can figure - dont know how to tell it to flash data to nor)

But the problem is the older supervivi doesnt like the new supervivi, try it !
Itll give you a error with it being to big file size.

Im sure there is some command that can be done from the 'q' mode in super vivi, but i dont know it.
See viewtopic.php?p=476#p476
The command there i tried, but doesnt work for me.

That is the reason why we need to update supervivi in nor-flash!

Yes, but in theory, you should beable to flash supervivi to nand and boot from it, long enough to then let you flash the supervivi in nor flash.

Is it possible via the 'q' command and subsequent commands, to flash data to the NOR ?

Now i tried to flash the mini2440 via h-flasher.
The files with .bin (supervivi_mini2440.bin or uboot.bin) ending do run,
but when i try to flash the
"mini20090817\images\wince5.0\supervivi-64M" or supervivi-128
nothing hapens.

Do anyone knows what for fileformat these files are, or what i'm doing wrong?

Did you follow the tutorial ?

Are you using the 0.9.1 version of h-jtag ?
Did you setup the init script and loaded the h-jtag script file for the mini2440 ?

-> Did you follow the tutorial ?
yes

-> Are you using the 0.9.1 version of h-jtag ?
yes

-> Did you setup the init script and loaded the h-jtag script file for the mini2440 ?
yes, and the H-Jtag Server detects: Arm920T 0x0032409D,
and the H-Flasher detects: sst39VF1601 0x234800BF.

It seems, that there are different fileformats, because the running file "supervivi_mini2440.bin" start like a normal bin file,
and the other file "supervivi_mini2440" start with: 0noinitrd root=/dev/mtdblock2 init=/linuxrc console=ttySAC0
if openning with a hexeditor.
