How to install farsi language in Wince !?

I`m build Wince with platform builder .after upload on mini2440 board , can,t work with right to left language( farsi ).

in [locale] from platform builder check farsi and arabic,


please help me. how to install farsi unicode .

Did you also select it as the default language ?
