Windows CE 5.0 legal runtime?

I was wondering.... would it be possible to purchase the boards with the legal Wince 5.0 with a runtime license so it doesn't expire after 90 days? Just curious. I'd like to use CE in a something, but have to purchase the Platform Builder. Can you guys sell legal images for those of us that want to use the CE package?
The CE stuff for this board seems newer and more stuff works with it right now.
Let me know if its possible. I know runtime licenses start around $4 each and run up to $15. I'd pay to have a legal copy that doesn't run out.
